Section 11 in Meghalaya Excise (Amendment) Act, 1974
11. Amendment of Section 53 of the principal Act.
- In Section 53 of the principal Act-(i)in Clauses (a), (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) the words "other than tari and pachwai" occurring in these said clauses shall be omitted ;(ii)sub-section (2) of the section shall be omitted.
