This OA has been filed seeking the following reliefs :
(i) to quash and set aside the impugned advertisement dated 28.07.2014 to the extent it has made selection district wise and has added new qualification TET for contractual employment teachers.
(ii) to direct the Respondents to continue with the last engagements of the applicants in the same schools respectively where the applicants were earlier engaged as a Guest Teacher till the regular process, if any.
(iii) to allow the OA with cost.
(iv) to pass such other and further orders which their lordships of this Honble Tribunal deem fit and proper in the existing facts and circumstances of the case.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the parties have agreed that this case is squarely covered by the judgment of this Tribunal in OA No.2772/2014 along with other connected OAs dated 04.12.2014. Accordingly, we dispose of this OA with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the applicants and in case they are found to be covered by the aforesaid judgment, they shall be entitled to the same benefits as have been given to the applicants of the aforesaid OA No.2772/2014.
3. Order Dasti to both the parties. Respondents shall complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of four weeks, as already ordered in the aforesaid judgment.
