Section 1 in APERC - Renewable Power Purchase Obligation (Compliance by purchase of Renewable Energy/Renewable Energy Certificates) Regulations, 2012
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i). These regulations may be called the APERC - Renewable Power Purchase Obligation (Compliance by purchase of Renewable Energy/Renewable Energy Certificates) Regulations, 2012 (Regulation No. 1 of 2012).(ii)These regulations shall come into force from 1st April, 2012.(iii)These Regulations shall apply throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
