ORAL ORDER
1. As indicate on the last occasion, the parties are exploring the possibilities of settlement. As there is broad consensus between the parties on the aforesaid aspect, it is desirable to refer the matter to the High Court Mediation Centre for the Sr. Mediator to workout the modus of settlement and the ways for graceful parting, which shall include the exchange of articles and the proper amount of alimony to the wife.
2. Let the matter be referred to the High Court Mediation Centre, which shall submit a Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Fri Apr 29 02:49:48 IST 2016 R/SCR.A/833/2016 ORDER report of mediation to this Court on or before 7TH MAY, 2016.
