Section 51 in The Delhi Technological University Act, 2009
51. Overriding effect.
- The provisions of this Act and the rules, Statutes and regulations made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent contained therewith in any other law or instrument having the force of law for the time being in force.
