Section 10 in Bihar Excise (Mahua Flowers) Rules, 2006
10. Permit for collection.
- No permit for the collection of the Mahua flowers shall be(a)the Mahua flowers are the produce of trees belonging to him; or(b)such person is lawfully entitled to the ownership of Mahua flowers of trees not belonging to him.
