2. Mr. Khambata, learned Senior Counsel tendered a scanned copy of the original affidavit on behalf of respondent no.4, which is taken on record. The learned counsel submits that original affidavit will be placed on record on or before the next date. Mr. Chagla, learned Senior Counsel tendered affidavit in reply on behalf of respondent nos.5 and 6, which is taken on record. Both the learned Senior Counsel referred to specific contentions in the respective affidavit-in-reply and notification issued by the Election Commission of India on 25/10/2013.
3. The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 7 submit that they will file affidavit-in-reply within one week.
