Section 60(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(1)The Market Committee shall maintain a register showing the cess and the fees collected by it. A receipt duly signed by the person authorised by the Market Committee shall be granted to every person in respect of cess and fees collected from him under these rules or the bye-laws.
