(1)Minutes of the proceedings of all meetings of the Board shall be entered in a book to be kept for the purpose and shall be signed by the President of the meeting and shall be published in such manner as may be prescribed and shall, at all reasonable times and without charge, be open to the inspection of the tax-payers.(2)A copy of the minutes of the proceedings of all meetings of the Board shall forthwith be forwarded by the Board to the Deputy Commissioner, and another copy submitted to the Chief Commissioner.(3)The minutes shall be laid before the next meeting of the Board for confirmation and shall also be signed at such meeting by the President if the same has been correctly entered.Committees
