Original Petition (C) praying inter alia that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the O.P
(C) the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings in
O.S. No.11 of 2021 on the files of the Court of Munsiff,
Nadapuram, (Kallachi) and also I.A No.10/2021 (Ext.P6
application), pending disposal of the Original Petition (Civil).
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon
hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.SATHYANATHA MENON & KAVERY

Issue notice on the respondent through speed post.

There shall be an interim stay of further proceedings in O.S. No.11 of 2021 on the files of the Munsiff Court, Nadapuram (Kallachi) for a period of two months. Post immediately after service of notice on the respondent.
