Section 13(3) in Himachal Pradesh Bovine Breeding Act, 2019
(3)No semen/embryo shall be imported for artificial insemination/ transfer in to the State of Himachal Pradesh from any other country, except with the prior approval of the Authority, to be granted in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed.
