- In these rules unless the context otherwise requires :(a)'Chief Executive Officer' means the Chief Executive Officer of the' Government of Sikkim.(b 'Form' means a form given in the Schedule.(c)'Government' means the Government of His Highness the Maharaja of Sikkim.(d)'Regulation' means the Sikkim Subjects Regulation, 1961.(e)'Schedule' means the Schedule to these rules.
