1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed requisite fees with the respondent- (Downloaded on 12/11/2023 at 02:07:47 AM)
[2023:RJ-JD:19991] (3 of 3) [CW-412/2023] University. The University may be directed to issue provisional certificate, Degree, migration certification of three years Engineering Diploma Course of the petitioners.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioners file representation, their requests will be considered by the respondents in accordance with the rules.
4. I have considered the arguments advanced before me and perused the material available on record.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to file representation along with the requisite fees, if not filed, before the respondent-University within a period of two weeks from today. The respondent-University shall consider the representation of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order within a period of one month from receipt of the representation.
6. The writ petitions is disposed of in the above terms. Stay petition is also disposed of.
