10. National Accreditation and Recognition of Statutory Bodies.
(1)The University will seek, obtain and retain accreditation from respective national accreditation bodies and be subject to relevant provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and the Regulations/Guidelines made thereunder from time to time relating to private Universities.(2)The University shall obtain prior permission/ recognition from Statutory bodies and other concerned authorities/bodies, if required by any law for the time being in force.
