Section 410 in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
410. Persons suffering from dangerous disease, etc., not to do certain things.
- No person while suffering from any dangerous disease or loathsome disorder shall -(a)make or offer for sale an article of food or drink for human consumption or a medicine or drug, or(b)wilfully touch any such article, medicine or drug when exposed for sale by others, or(c)take any part in the business of washing or carrying soiled clothes.
