Section 14A(1)(iii) in Bihar Factories Rules, 1950

(iii)If a Certifying Surgeon has to travel beyond a radius of five miles from his dispensary or place of posting to examine any young person or persons, he shall be entitled to an additional fee at the rate of thirty seven Naya Paise only per mile for the total distance travelled by him. A Certifying Surgeon who is the servant of the State Government shall charge this additional fee from the occupier of a factory only if he does not charge any travelling allowance for the journey from the State Government.
