Section 119 in Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 1985
119. Power to delegate.
- The Authority may, by resolution, direct that nay power exercisable by it under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder (except to make rules and regulations) may also be exercised by any local authority or any officers of the state Government with previous consent of the State Government or any officer of the Authority as may be mentioned therein in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
