Section 43(1) in The Maharashtra Borstal Schools Rules, 1965
(1)If accommodation for an adolescent offender, who has been directed by a Court to be detained in a Borstal school, is not immediately available in the Borstal school in the State, he may be sent for detention, to a juvenile section of any prison.
