(2)[The Government] [In Section 2, 17, 29 (1) & (2), 32, 42, 51 and 52 words 'the Government' substituted for 'His Highness' by Act X of 1996.], and (subject to its orders and under its control) the [Inspector General] [In section 29(2) words 'Inspector General' substituted for 'Controller' by Act II of 1985, section 2.] may in like manner, provide for the removal of any prisoner confined as aforesaid in a prison in the State to any other prison in the State.
