Section 5(b) in Andhra Pradesh Government Professional Institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under-graduate Medical and Dental Professional Courses) Rules, 2003
(b)Self Financing Seats/College Development Seats (Category B) Shall be filled by the Government/ Committee constituted by the Government as per the procedure laid down by the Government from time to time through a rational and transparent method of selection subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria.
