Section 13(1) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Building Rules, 2018
(1)If during the construction of a building, any major deviation from the sanctioned plan is intended to be made, approval of the Competent Authority for the same may be obtained before the change is made. The revised plan showing the deviations shall be submitted and the procedure laid down for the sanction of building plan as specified in these rules shall be followed for all revised plans, along with the balance scrutiny fee, if any.
