(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers under sub-section (1), such rules may provide for the following matters, namely:—(a)the salary and allowances payable to, and other conditions of service of, the Chairperson and Members of the State Dental Council and Joint Dental Council;(b)the manner of filling up of vacancies arising in the State Dental Council and Joint Dental Council;(c)any other matter in respect of which provision is to be made by rules.
