46. Service of notices.
Every notice issued under this Act shall be served by registered post, acknowledgment due, unless the Tribunal for reasons to be recorded, directs service in any of the other modes specified in Order V of the First Schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).
