(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, (Act V of 1898) the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, 'established for any area specified in the notification one or more juvenile courts for holding inquiries regarding children in pursuance of this Act.
