ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 04.02.2019 for grant of mini bus permit from Manapparai to TNPL out via Court, Kalingapatti, Udayapatti, Thanimanickanpatti, K.Parapatti.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that she is having valid mini bus permit from Manapparai Bus stand to TNPL out via Court, Kalingapatti, Udayapatti, Thanimanickanpatti, K.Parapatti. Therefore, she submitted an application dated 04.02.2019 for grant of mini bus permit to the respondent under Rule 170 and Section 80 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
3.According to the petitioner, the said permit is for 12.3 kilometers and out of the said 12.03 kilometers, served sector will come under 2.4 kilometers and unserved sector will come under 9.9 kilometers.
4.It is the case of the petitioner that she has satisfied with the norms for grant of permit. According to the petitioner, even though an application for grant of permit was submitted on 04.02.2019, till date, the respondent has not considered the said representation. In such circumstances, the instant writ petition has been filed.
5.Heard Mr.J.Anand Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

6.Admittedly, the respondent has not considered the representation dated 04.02.2019 submitted by the petitioner for grant of mini bus permit under Rule 170 r/w Section 80 of the Motor Vehicles Act. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on 04.02.2019 for grant of mini bus permit from Manappari Bus Stand to TNPL out via Court, Kalingapatti, Udayapatti, Thanimanickanpatti, K.Parapatti, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
