Section 3(2) in Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019
(2)The Board shall have power to acquire and hold property, both movable and immovable, and, subject to the provisions of this Act and the Rules/Regulations made thereunder, to transfer any property held by it and to contract and to do all other things necessary for the purposes of this Act.
