Section 11 in The Midnapore Medical College (Taking Over Of Management And Subsequent Acquisition) Act, 2002
11. Protection of action under the Act. -
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, or the Principal or any other person appointed under section 7, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
