Section 18(11) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made Foreign Liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006
(11)Every person leaving the manufactory shall be liable to be searched under the orders of Excise Officer in-charge of the unit. The Excise officer shall use these powers with discretion. No respectable person shall be subjected to search except on valid grounds. All cases of search of persons other than the workers shall be recorded by the Excise Officer in his dairy and shall report the matter to the Assistant Commissioner immediately.
