1. This application is filed on behalf of the Respondent for withdrawal of a sum of Rs. 23,95,70,021/- deposited in this Court subject to furnishing a Bank Guarantee of the equivalent amount.
2. Let a Bank Guarantee of the equivalent amount of Rs. 23,95,70,021/- be furnished by the Respondent within two weeks from today.
3. List before the learned Joint Registrar on 10.10.2025 the date already fixed for verification of the Bank Guarantee. Money shall be released if the Bank Guarantee is found in order, within two weeks thereafter.
