Section 36 in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority Building Rules, 2013
36. Sanction of water connection.
- On receipt of the application under rule 34 and subject to the fulfilment of the requirements of these rules, the Competent Authority may sanction the water connection and direct the applicant to deposit such security and any other charges, as may be determined by the Chief Administrator for getting the water connection.
