(2)[ In all cinema premises, sufficient number of approved electric lights fed from an independent source, or sources which are automatically switched on in case of failure of main lighting shall be provided in the auditorium, gangways, passages and exits:] [Substituted by G.O.Ms. No. 574, Home, dated 29th February 1968.]Provided that this rule shall not apply to the existing cinema premises until 1st July 1968.Explanation. - The expression "independent source" will include "Battery sets".
