Section 14(1) in The Kerala Document Writers Scribes and Stamp Vendors Welfare Fund Act, 2012
(1)The Government may appoint such officers and staff as they may deem necessary, in such manner as may be prescribed, on deputation from the Registration Department for assisting the Secretary in the performance of the functions of the Board under this Act.
