Section 2(2) in The Regulations on the Handling of Freight Containers Containing Dangerous/ Hazardous Cargo at Paradip Port, 1986
2.2Stowage. - No ship carrying containers carrying dangerous/hazardous cargo on board shall enter the Port unless the containers are stowed and so documented according to Section 12 of IMO Code as applicable.
