Section 16(1) in The M.P. Gram Sabha (Procedure of Meeting of the Committees, Conduct of Business and Allied Matters) Rules, 2005
(1)The quorum necessary for the meeting of the Standing Committee shall be from one-half of the members constituting the Standing Committee including the presiding authority Attendance shall be filled in Form 2.
