15. Maintenance of register under Section 16 (12) of the Act.
- A register in Form-VIII containing the necessary particulars including information as to the manner in which applications for permission have been dealt with by the Authority shall be maintained, which shall be verified by the Vice Chairman of the Authority every month by the 15lh of the succeeding month.
