Order 12/11/2018 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is similar to the issue raised in S.B.C.W.P. No. 14178/2018.
In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of stay application as well. Both the notices are made returnable within a period of four weeks.
Notices when issued be given 'dasti' to counsel for the petitioner.
In the meanwhile and till further orders, effect and operation of the award dated 27.09.2017 published on 24.04.2018 shall remain stayed.
