251.
When an original document, after being marked for the purpose of identification, is returned, and a copy thereof substituted under the provisions of Order VII, Rule 17, or Order XIII, Rule 5, Code of Civil Procedure, a note of the return of the original shall be made in the lists referred to in the preceding rules.
