(5)[ The list shall contain the names of the contesting candidates arranged and written in the order of Tamil alphabet in the case of election of members of District Panchayats or Panchayat Union Councils and in the order in which the symbols appear in the lists issued by the State Election Commission under sub-rule (1) of this rule in the case of election of Presidents and members of the Village Panchayat.] [Substituted by G.
