Section 6(1) in The U.P. Resin and other Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1976
(1)The State Government shall for each year constitute for each unit in which resin is tapped, an Advisory Committee which shall consist of not more than nine members nominated by the State Government :Provided that one-third of such members shall be officers of the Forest Department and not more than one-third of such members shall be from amongst tappers of resin.
