Section 274(2) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(2)No person shall sell or offer for sale any producer which does not conform in every material respect to the specification approved by the State Transport Authority in relation to the name, mark or number displayed on the generator in accordance with clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 272 of these rules.
