(5)The sanction of the [State Government] [The words 'Provincial Government' were Substituted For the words 'local Government' by the A.O.1937 and the word 'State' was Substituted For Provincial by the A.O.1950.] to a scheme under sub-section (3) shall bePublished by notification in the (Official Gazette) and such notification shall state at what place and time the scheme will be open to the inspection of the public.
