This civil revision petition is filed assailing the orders dated 30.10.2012 in I.A.No.2288 of 2012 in O.P.No.1106 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. As per the case status information, O.S.No.1106 of 20120 was dismissed for default on 02.04.2018 itself.
3. In view of the same, as no cause survives, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
