Section 2 in Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891
2. Saving clause:.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in [the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) General Clauses Act, 1867] [Substituted for the original short title by the 1st Schedule, Act 9 of 1961.], the provisions of that Act shall not apply to this Act or to any [Act of the State of Andhra Pradesh] [Substituted for 'Madras Acts, Andhra Acts and Andhra Pradesh Act' by second shedule to Act 9 of 1961.] which may be passed subsequent to the commencement of this Act.
