Section 20(2)(i) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007

(i)not directly or indirectly undertake trading in electricity or transmission or supply of electricity outside its area of operation and transmission and supply of electricity shall be strictly restricted to the relevant approved purpose;
