(2)The authorised officer shall mention clearly the registration number of the fishing vessels in the certificate of registration with an instruction to the owner of the said vessel to affix a plate, indicating the Registration number in bold letters (Black and white) and particulars of the ownership as well as the vessel, outside the forebow on both sides of the said Vessel.
