Section 24(1) in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
(1)The Academic Council shall be the principal academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, have the general control and supervision over the academic policies and be responsible for maintenance of standards of teaching instruction, education, research and examination within the University.
