Section 1 in Assam Forest (Removal And Storage of Forest Produce) Regulation Act, 2000
1. Short title extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Assam Forest (Removal and Storage of Forest Produce) Regulation Act, 2000.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Assam.(3)It shall come into force at once.
