Section 63(4) in The Indian Nursing Council Regulations
(4)An inspector shall on receipt of a formal Commission in writing from the President under the Seal of the Council, attend and examinations held for the purpose of granting any recognized qualification or recognized higher qualification, and inspect such recognized training institutions, as the President or the Executive Committee may direct, and thereafter shall report to the Executive Committee on the sufficiency of the examination, or on the suitability of the institutions for the purposes of training and on the adequacy of the training therein.
