1. By way of this petition through jail, the petitioner-convict has prayed to release him on parole leave for a period of thirty days so as to enable him to repair his house.
2. Heard.
I haver perused the relevant record. The convict is sentenced to undergo imprisonment for seven years for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the I.P.C.. From the record it transpires that the first furlough application of the convict is sanctioned by I.G. Prison, Ahmedabad. Hence, the petition is rejected.
