Section 48 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968
48. Costs.
- Subject to such conditions and limitations, if any as may be prescribed, the cost of and incident to all proceedings under this Act before any original, appellate or revisional authority under this Act shall be in the discretion of the said authority, which shall have full power to determine by whom or out of what property and to what extent such costs are to be paid and to give all necessary directions for the purpose.
